I didn't get the polished start. ADHD made school chaotic. My A-levels
didn't land. I went to a university outside the Russell Group, walked
onto campus convinced top firms wouldn't read past page one of my CV.
Getting coached changed it. Not magic — just systems:
scheduling, accountability, application templates, and someone honest
in my corner. I built habits that worked with my brain, ran
for Law Society president (and won), hosted events, networked with
legal professionals, volunteered, and started getting interviews from
the kind of firms I'd ruled out.
I graduated with a strong first and a training contract at my dream
firm. They're funding my SQE. Now I coach the version of me from three
years ago — the one who almost didn't apply.
